Roma.

A city that moves so easily between life and stone, and so gracefully balances its opposites. A door to the past and a snapshot of what beauty meant throughout history.

Going to Rome, was my first experience in a new city, during which i felt truly free. Free to get lost, to take pictures and sneak through peoples windows. It was the trip that made me fall in love with traveling.

And one day, 4 years later I decided to use all those old Rome pictures as references. It felt good. I kept them for a reason.

I wanted to capture that pinkish-yellow glow of the city, the busy streets and overlapping roofs. The feeling that each street is worth a visit, that every corner hides another marvel behind.

The fascination with this city hasn’t left me ever since.
